Justin is a second generation real estate agent who grew up with a highly successful mother and father in the business in Nashville, TN. While on summer breaks in college he worked on a framing crew and learned about construction first hand. Little did he know that his summer construction experience would prove invaluable when he began working with buyers purchasing new homes. Or, that his degree in Environmental Studies / Sociology would inspire him to represent high profile new urbanism projects and work closely with communities and individuals seeking smart alternatives to traditional growth patterns.
With over 12 years experience as a full time Realtor Justin has participated in over 300 real estate transactions. Justin has represented numerous high quality builders and developers and has consistently encouraged healthier construction methods and higher density projects in urban areas. He encourages buyers to embrace a higher quality of life and the benefits that come with a home that allows for easy commuting and living within their means. His area of specialization and focus is on historic properties, green homes and high density projects in downtown area of Asheville.
In his spare time he takes full advantage of Asheville's rich natural resources and wonderful climate. He can be found riding mountain bikes in Pisgah National Forest, taking in the views from the Blue Ridge Parkway on his road bike or hiking to his favorite waterfalls. The mountains and unique culture that exist in Asheville played major roles in encouraging his decision to call Asheville home and Justin gives back to the area he loves by working with a variety of organizations that work to protect our natural environment and promote healthy transportation alternatives.
